Here mainly the Core Group of the resource center is involved. The sources of the society will be taken advantage for rendition of services to the disabled. Under this:-

1. Therapeutic Support. Amar Seva Sangam resources will train local people and parents to give therapy.

2. Vocational Support. Locally available talents and family trades will be encouraged for Vocational Occupations.

3. Appliances Support. Wheel Chair, Tricycles, Artificial Limbs etc will be arranged through various agencies.

4. Counseling Support. General Counseling and Reference to other NGOs will be extended.

5. Education Support. Local Schools, Colleges and Educational Institutions will be encouraged to take persons with disabilities.

6. Medical Support. Local Doctors will be utilised to extend Medical Support. ·

Only the human resources of Amar Seva Sangam will be utilised. The resource personnel expertise and abilities will be fully utilised to transfer them at local community levels and to the families of the disabled.

Amar Seva Sangam resource centers and the infrastructure created will also be put to use. The disabled members of the Sangam and Village Council Members who are desirous of taking the services of Amar Seva Sangam or those who cannot get proper services elsewhere will be given the facility. The technical resource persons of Amar Seva Sangam will also be involved. The services will be as follows:-

1. Therapeutic Support. Physiotherapist and his assistant will give therapy at Amar Seva Sangam Physiotherapy Center (MTU). Members will come to Amar Seva Sangam at required intervals. The sophisticated equipment at Amar Seva Sangam will be utilised. Only those members who require this treatment will be offered these services.

2. Vocational Support. The different trades in Vocational Training for which Amar Seva Sangam has infrastructure will be offered to the members. Members who are found fit by the Occupational therapist, who can be trained for the trades only will be selected. The members will be day- scholars during the training period.

3. Appliances Support. The Caliper making section of Amar Seva Sangam will provide Calipers and other appliances for the members. Calipers made at Amar Seva Sangam adopt latest technology with PVC. They are light in weight, much less expensive, cosmetic in look and maintenance free. Members will be encouraged to use Amar Seva Sangam's facilities for their caliper and crutches requirements.

4. Educational Support. Children will be given schooling facility at Amar Seva Sangam upto VIII standard. Only local nearby village students will be encouraged to avail this on day care basis. Such children will be absorbed in day care programme and will be helped on sponsorship basis.

5. Medical Support. Amar Seva Sangam Medical Testing Unit will be available for services for members who are paraplegic and those who require post acute care training. Members will be attending sessions on day to day basis. Spastic and Cerebral Palsy members and members with Mental Retardation will also attend the Medical Testing Unit Center. Medicines will be distributed through field workers. In addition Medical Camps and Eye Camps are also part of the medical services.

Linked support is of two types:-

1. Hostel Based Linking.

2. Transport or Van Based Services Linking.

Hostel Based Linking Services:

Through the hostel the disabled members and non-members will avail of all the facilities and support. The expenses of hostel stay and management will be part of the programme expenses.

Van Service Linking.

The members not being put in the hostel, will be arranged to be picked by Van to avail the various supports. The Sangam has already a Van and an Ambulance for transporting them. The expenses of the van will be an added burden to the programme.
