In accordance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 as amended in 2020, Amar Seva Sangam is permitted to receive foreign contributions only through its designated FCRA Account maintained with the State Bank of India, New Delhi Main Branch (Sansad Marg), as mandated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
Foreign donations must therefore be remitted directly through normal banking channels (SWIFT / wire transfer) from the donor’s bank to our designated FCRA account. Online payment gateways, card payments, or third-party transfer platforms are not permitted for foreign contributions under current FCRA regulations, as all receipts must carry complete donor identification and reach the designated account through traceable banking routes.
